Today we had staff training led by a St Louis Grammar school principal, Mrs J O’Neill and head of teaching and learning, Mrs C Morgan, focusing on TEEP (Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme) TEEP's structured approach to lesson planning and delivery helps teachers create more engaging and interactive lessons, leading to improved pupil participation, motivation, and understanding.
Today also promoted collaborative networking with St Louis, fostering a supportive community for sharing best practices.
