The P7 class were tasked this week with creating an active way to engage in discussion about bullying, recognise different scenarios of bullying and to make sure we make the correct choices. This was a thinking skills, problem solving task which the P7 boys and girls worked through quickly and effectively. One group created an ‘effective questioning box’ which when moved you would answer the question you land on. The second group created a beautiful ‘silhouette comic strip’ that displayed bullying incidents and ways to stop these from occurring again. The final group created a game called ‘I’m a Celebrity get me out of here!’ This game entailed different scenarios of bullying and discussion about which choices should we make when witness to these situations.
